Q3 - LEDs look so dim on the display board.
A3 - There would be 3 factors to make your LEDs dim .
1. Reversed polarity
Settlement : Make sure Anode and Cathode are correctly connected.

2. Long LED Pin
Settlement : Cut off LED pin.

3. Power supply is not consistent with LED voltage.
Settlement : Make sure power supply and LED voltage consistent with each other.
